I’m a wife, a mom of two energetic boys, a Physician Assistant in endocrinology and a Certified Diabetes Education Specialist who helps women navigate insulin resistance through fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. After facing my own struggles with infertility, gestational diabetes, and the hormone shifts that follow pregnancy, I understand how overwhelming this journey can feel. My goal is to give women clear guidance, compassionate support, and practical tools that bring balance and confidence back into their bodies.
